Opened in 2002. The building is cataloged within the historical set of the town of Madrid and maintains the emblematic elements such as the facade of classical composition of the eighteenth century, main wooden staircase and entrance with classical ornamentation based on medallions, capitals and garlands holding the original coffered ceiling.
