Building located at number 56 of Gran Vía street in Madrid, on the corner of C/San Bernardo. Built between 1928 and 1930. It has 6 floors and 2,250 square meters. Gran Vía street was born with the intention of being an emblematic center. An avenue that began to show the transition of the city. The building initially housed private homes and over time it housed offices and a hostel, until it became a hotel.
