Note 2: It accommodates a maximum of three people, which can be a double bed and a single bed or up to three single beds. Only 1 child, up to 5 years old, is free in the apartment, as long as they are accompanied by two paying adults. During the New Year's period, prices may change. We do not accept checks. Guests under 18 years of age are not permitted to stay unless accompanied by their parents or legal guardian. If the minor is accompanied only by their legal guardian, the guardian must present, at check-in, a written authorization for the minor's stay, signed by the parents, with signatures notarized. Regardless of any other provision, all minors under 18 years of age must present, at check-in, a photo ID proving their identity and parentage, even if accompanied by their parents. For your convenience, internet access is free throughout the hotel. (The hotel is not responsible for network fluctuations). ?We do not charge a service fee on the daily rate. ?Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and can be made directly at our reception. ?The cost of this service is half the daily rate. ?Child Policy: Only 1 child, up to 5 years old, stays free in the apartment, provided they are accompanied by two paying adults. After this period, a penalty corresponding to 100% (one hundred percent) of the total reservation value will be charged, including cases of cancellation, no-show or early departure.<br />
