Note 2: The double-single apartments are approximately 15m in size, have two single beds, LCD TV (22 inches), air conditioning, telephone, minibar, private bathrooms with hairdryer and Wi-Fi. Breakfast is included in the daily rate and no additional service fee is charged. Provided parking is one block away and has a daily fee. We also offer a left-luggage service and a safe at reception. <br /> <u>GENERAL POLICIES:</u> 1. Daily rates start at 1pm and end at 12pm. 2. Payment of the reserved nights must be made at the time of check-in. 3. The Hotel accepts payment of daily rates and expenses by means of a debit card and credit card under the Visa and Mastercard brands held by the guest. 4. Payments will not be accepted by credit card held in the name of someone other than the guest. 5. When the guest leaves (check out), excess amounts will be charged for the consumption of products during their stay at the Hotel. 6. Changing dates in the reservation will be subject to apartment availability. The request must be made within 48 hours before the initial day of the reservation, otherwise it will result in the payment of a fine equivalent to one night's stay, to be charged to the credit card holder indicated at the time of booking. 7. Changing the type of apartment (single, double and triple) will be subject to availability and payment of any difference in the value of the apartment. Requests must comply with the deadlines established in the rule above. 8. In case of interruption of the stay, the guest must communicate their request to the partner site, which will inform them of the reimbursement methods. If the guest has made the reservation directly with the Hotel, they must go to Reception and request the interruption of their stay, with the refund being made in accordance with the rules established in items 17 and 18. <br /><u>CANCELLATION POLICIES:</u> 1. Cancellation of the reservation can be made by the customer up to 24 hours before check-in. If there is a need to cancel or change the reservation date, the guest must notify the Hotel in writing. Cancellation or change requests made by telephone will not be accepted. 3. Cancellation made by the guest after 24 hours prior to the initial date of the reservation will be subject to payment corresponding to one daily rate, which will be debited from the credit card holder indicated by the guest at the time of reservation.<br />
