All guests must be at least 25 years of age as per the terms and conditions accepted at the time of booking (this policy does not apply to families where at least 1 adult must be 25 years of age).SECURITY DEPOSIT: A security deposit between GBP 50 and GBP 250 per person will be taken on check-in at the discretion of Base Serviced Apartments to cover any additional charges including breakages damages extra cleaning and further accommodation charges incurred during your stay. Cash is not accepted and a valid credit card will be required for this deposit. If the security deposit does not cover the total additional charges Base Serviced Apartments will be entitled to recover this from you without delay. All credit card pre-authorisations not used will be released on check out.
