Cleaning Fee: We are committed to providing our guests with reservations in non-smoking apartments with an odor-free environment. A fee equivalent to one night's stay will be charged if a cigarette smell is detected during room cleaning. This amount will be used for intensive cleaning after departure, which will result in the apartment being blocked for at least one day. Thank you for your understanding. Accommodation Policy (MTur Ordinance No. 28): We reiterate that the contracted daily rate is for 24 hours, with check-in from 2 PM and check-out until 12 PM. The interval of up to 3 hours between guest check-out and check-in is stipulated in MTur Ordinance No. 28 and is exclusively for cleaning, sanitizing, and tidying the unit, ensuring the maintenance of our standard of excellence. Children's Policy: One child up to 4 years old sharing the same bed with their parents stays free of charge, and breakfast is also included. By determination of Federal Law No. 8.069, of July 13, 1990, we do not allow the accommodation of minors under 18 (eighteen) years of age, unless accompanied by their parents or guardian. If the minor is accompanied only by their guardian, it will be necessary to present, at the time of check-in, a written authorization for the minor's accommodation signed by the parents, with signatures authenticated by a notary public. Regardless of any other provision, all minors under 18 (eighteen) years of age must present, at the time of check-in, an official photo ID proving their identity and parentage, even if accompanied by their parents. According to Article 2 of Law No. 5.553/68, the hotel may make a photocopy of the data from the minors' documents, returning the document to the exhibitor afterward. The accommodation of foreign minors must respect the same guidelines above and follow the laws in force. Non-Refundable Policy: In case of cancellation or alteration of the reservation, the amounts paid will not be refunded, and for these rates, the charge for all daily rates will be made at the time of booking. Direct Payment: Direct payment at the hotel. The card provided in the reservation is only for guarantee purposes. A charge will only be applied to the card if the guest does not show up or does not cancel the reservation within the deadline. Invoiced Payment: Payment invoiced to the company, agency, or operator upon approved registration with the network. If there is no registration or it is not approved, prepayment of the reservation will be requested. Standard invoicing period: 15 days. Cancellation Policy: Reservations with a No-Show Guarantee may be canceled until 2:00 PM on the business day prior to the Guest's arrival. After this deadline, the equivalent of one night's stay will be charged, and this amount cannot be converted into credit for future stays.
